Sector A
Now known as Los Palacios
The planning stages of the entire Camposol project began life as early as 1996. The original sector of Camposol, with approximately 800 dwellings. Mountain views exist from all angles, with mature jacaranda trees over 25 years old. Sector A has a number of business services on offer including shops, bars and restaurants, a state-run medical centre, an excellent pharmacy and a private health clinic.

Sector B
A great deal larger than Sector A in number of properties and businesses. The commercial centre on this side of the urbanisation has a multitude of businesses, including a national petrol station (GALP), the Consum supermarket, banks, an internet provider, restaurants, bars, an electrical retailer, two large entertainment venues, and an official Correos post office.

Sector C
Camposol Golf
Divided into two main areas, known locally as Upper C and Lower C, as they are some distance apart. Lower C includes an 18-hole golf course, a mini-golf area, a Club House and restaurant, and an entertainment venue. Look for the "welcome wall" at the bottom of the hill, cared for by the Greenfingers volunteer gardening group.

The largest of all four areas with regard to properties, but with only one outlet (a laundrette). This is seen by many as a huge advantage if seeking peace and tranquillity, as well as outstanding views.

Our Story
27 years of Camposol
The year 2026 celebrates 27 years since the inception of the Urbanisation Camposol. An ambitious building project that grew and grew, becoming the unique urbanisation we know today.

The word Camposol literally translates as "countryside sun" and describes this development perfectly.
1996
Sector A begins, built on an area known locally as El Saladillo.
2001
Sectors B, C and D launch. Around 4,500 properties built in total.
2019
Corvera International Airport opens. Door-to-door to the UK in 30 minutes.
2026
27 years and growing. Home to families, retirees and holidaymakers from across Europe.
Camposol is a great example of a community where people really do care about each other. It is no longer seen as a place just to retire, but as a beautiful place to live.

There has not been a website dedicated to Camposol since 2012 when sadly, Visitcamposol.com ceased to exist.
For people not familiar with the urbanisation, what is Camposol? It is a unique urbanisation, with stunning views, only 20 minutes from some beautiful beaches, currently divided into 4 sectors, and packed with facilities. We intend to give you an insight into them all from the first day of our launch.
There are multiple Facebook Groups relating to Camposol and the surrounding areas, but there is no "one stop shop" for people who just want to know about Camposol, the urbanisation in its entirety.
Camposol Hub will be just that. One simple URL that explains the history of Camposol, and with listings of everything that Camposol has to offer. There will also be a detailed explanation about each "sector", as we have been gathering data since 2004, all of which is still in our archives.

Pricing FAQ
What does "plus IVA" mean?
IVA is Spanish VAT (Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido). Spanish VAT is added on top of the listed prices at the time of payment, in accordance with Spanish tax law.
Is there a long contract?
No long contracts. The minimum period for paid listings is 3 months. You can renew or stop at the end of any 3-month period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes · contact us at info@camposolhub.com at any time to change your tier. Many businesses start with Stone or Bronze and move up as they see results.
What's "principal pages" on the Gold plan?
Gold banners appear on category pages but not on the homepage or sector pages (those are reserved for Platinum sponsors). This keeps the principal pages premium for top-tier advertisers.
Are charities and non-profits really free?
Yes · 100% free advertising for all legal non-profit groups, charities and associations. Email us with proof of your organisation and we'll set you up.
Is a single factura compliant for Spanish tax?
Yes. We issue one factura (Spanish invoice) covering the full minimum period · this is fully compliant and acceptable for your accounts.
